How to cancel
What happens after
Immediately:- Subscription marked “Canceled”
- No future charges
- Full paid access
- All data preserved
- Account drops to a limited free tier
- All data preserved — accounts, contacts, lists, playbooks, inbox
- Signal Agents, scheduled playbooks, and active campaigns pause until you re-subscribe
Reactivate
Anytime: Profile → Billing → Upgrade → pick a plan → checkout.Reactivating in the same billing period restores immediate access.
Your data is safe
- Accounts + Contacts — CRM preserved
- Lists — including Signal Agent–bound lists
- Playbooks — all your authored motions
- Inbox — threads, categories, routing rules
- Integrations — connections kept; some functionality limited until re-subscribe
Troubleshooting
Can’t find Cancel? You must be in the Stripe Customer Portal, not the Komo Billing page. Refresh, clear cache, check the right Stripe account. Cancellation not processing? Try a different browser, disable extensions, or contact Stripe support. Cancelled but still charged? Check your Stripe confirmation email and the portal for the cancellation date. Forward your receipt to admin@komo.ai — we’ll investigate. Want to pause instead? No pause option currently. Cancel + reactivate when ready — your data is preserved.FAQ
Refund mid-cycle? No prorated refunds. Access continues to end of billing period. See Refund Policy. Team members? On team plans, all members lose paid access when the subscription ends.
