After Subscription Starts

Once your paid subscription begins (after the 7-day trial ends), our refund policy is as follows: Standard Policy:
  • No refunds are provided for active subscriptions
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • No prorated refunds for partial months

How to Cancel Your Subscription

If you decide Komo AI isn’t the right fit, you can cancel your subscription at any time:
  1. Click on your profile icon in the bottom left corner
  2. Select Billing from the menu
  3. Click Change Plans or Manage Subscription
  4. In the popup, click Manage Subscription
  5. Follow the cancellation process in the Stripe Customer Portal

After cancellation:
  • You’ll retain full access until the end of your current billing period
  • Your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan
  • All your data and playbooks will be preserved
  • No further charges will be made

  • Full name
  • Email address associated with your Komo AI account
  • Detailed explanation of your circumstances
  • Any relevant screenshots or documentation
While we’ll review all special circumstance requests, approval is not guaranteed and is handled on a case-by-case basis.

Billing and Payment Information

When Are You Charged?

  • Trial Period: You are not charged during your 7-day free trial
  • First Charge: Occurs automatically on day 8 unless you cancel before the trial ends
  • Recurring Charges: Billed monthly or annually depending on your plan selection

If you’re still evaluating Komo AI and want to avoid charges:
  1. Set a reminder for yourself before your trial ends
  2. Cancel your subscription before day 8 if you’re not ready to commit
  3. You can always sign up again later if you change your mind

Payment Processing

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Refunds (when approved) are issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 5-10 business days depending on your bank
