How to Update Your Payment Information
Step 1: Access Your Account Settings
Click on your profile icon in the bottom left corner of the Komo AI interface.Step 2: Navigate to Billing
From the menu that appears, select Billing.You’ll see your current plan status, renewal date, and credit usage on this page.
Step 3: Open Subscription Management Popup
Click the Change Plans and Manage Subscription button in the Billing Status page. This will open a popup showing your current plan details and available plan options.Step 4: Access Stripe Customer Portal
In the subscription popup that appears, you’ll see your current plan and available options. Click the Manage Subscription button in the popup. This will redirect you to the secure Stripe Customer Portal, where you can manage all payment details.
Step 5: Update Payment Method
Once in the Stripe Customer Portal, you can: To change your payment method:- Click Update payment method or Add payment method
- Enter your new card information
- Click Save to confirm the changes
- Click on your current payment method
- Select Edit
- Update the billing address fields
- Click Save to confirm
Step 6: Confirm Changes
After making changes, you’ll see a confirmation message. Your updated payment information will be used for all future billing cycles.What You Can Manage in the Customer Portal

Komo AI accepts the following payment methods through Stripe:- Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
- Debit Cards: Most major debit cards
- Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay (where available)

Troubleshooting
Unable to Update Payment Method?
- Ensure you’re logged into the correct Komo AI account
- Check that your browser allows pop-ups from Komo AI
- Try clearing your browser cache and cookies
- Use a different browser if the issue persists
Card Declined?
If your card is being declined:- Verify the card details are entered correctly (number, expiration date, CVV)
- Check that your card is activated and not expired
- Ensure you have sufficient funds or available credit
- Contact your bank to authorize international payments (Stripe payments may appear as international transactions)
- Try a different payment method
Billing Address Doesn’t Match?
Make sure the billing address you enter matches the address on file with your card issuer. Mismatched addresses can cause payment failures.Changes Not Reflecting?
Payment method updates take effect immediately, but it may take a few minutes for changes to appear in your Komo AI account. Try:- Refreshing the Billing page
- Logging out and back in
- Waiting 5-10 minutes for the system to sync

If the default method fails, Stripe will automatically try backup methods. Q: How do I remove old payment methods? A: In the Stripe Customer Portal, click on the payment method you want to remove, then select Remove. Note: You must have at least one valid payment method on file for active subscriptions. Q: Is my payment information secure? A: Yes! All payment information is securely processed and stored by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.
