How to update
Update payment method or billing address
Payment method: Click Update payment method or Add payment method → enter card → Save.Billing address: Click your current method → Edit → update → Save.
In the Stripe portal you can
- Add or remove payment methods
- Update billing address
- View billing history and download invoices
- Update card expiration / CVV
Accepted methods
- Credit / debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover
- Digital wallets — Apple Pay, Google Pay (where available)
Enterprise customers can arrange invoice billing. Contact admin@komo.ai.
Troubleshooting
Can’t update? Verify you’re in the correct account, allow pop-ups, clear cache, try a different browser. Still stuck → admin@komo.ai. Card declined? Check card details, activation status, available credit. Bank may need to authorize international payments. Try a different method. Billing address mismatch? Match the address on file with your card issuer. Changes not reflecting? Refresh the Billing page or wait 5–10 minutes. Still missing after 15 minutes → admin@komo.ai.FAQ
When is the new payment method charged? On the next billing date. Can I use different methods for different subscriptions? One active method per account. Need separate billing? Use separate accounts. Charged when updating? No — only on the regular billing cycle. Multiple methods? Yes, set a default. Stripe falls back to others if the default fails. Remove old methods? Click the method → Remove. At least one valid method required for active subscriptions. Is my payment info secure? Yes. Processed and stored by Stripe (PCI-compliant). Komo doesn’t store full card details.Questions? admin@komo.ai.
