Adding contacts
- Manual — type name, email, title, account, LinkedIn
- From a list — Sales Nav, People Search, CSV, or Find with AI
- From a Signal Agent — matched LinkedIn engagers auto-created
- From an inbound reply — new senders auto-created with parent account
Custom columns
Examples that drive replies:- “Recent LinkedIn posts (last 30 days)”
- “Personal hook — shared connection, alma mater, hometown”
- “Buying authority — decision maker or champion?”
- “Tenure at current company”
- “Pain point hypothesis for our offer”
Filters
Three facet toggles:- Has email — deliverable email
- Has LinkedIn — LinkedIn handle
- Has account — linked to a parent
Outbound-ready (email + account), LinkedIn-only (handle, no email), etc.
Side panel
Click a contact name:- Summary — AI brief
- Account context — parent account
- Activity timeline — campaign steps, inbox replies, agent actions
- Fields — sourced, editable inline
