The Contacts page is the people side of your CRM. Same enrichment model as Accounts — but tuned for individuals and linked to a parent account.

Hide any column. Add custom columns as needed.

Adding contacts

  • Manual — type name, email, title, account, LinkedIn
  • From a list — Sales Nav, People Search, CSV, or Find with AI
  • From a Signal Agent — matched LinkedIn engagers auto-created
  • From an inbound reply — new senders auto-created with parent account

Custom columns

Examples that drive replies:
  • “Recent LinkedIn posts (last 30 days)”
  • “Personal hook — shared connection, alma mater, hometown”
  • “Buying authority — decision maker or champion?”
  • “Tenure at current company”
  • “Pain point hypothesis for our offer”
Click + Add column → type a column manually or get AI suggestions. Click Enrich on any cell, row, column, or whole table. Komo runs cells in parallel and cites every value. Manual edits are locked.

Filters

Three facet toggles:
  • Has email — deliverable email
  • Has LinkedIn — LinkedIn handle
  • Has account — linked to a parent
Combine with Views to build working surfaces — Outbound-ready (email + account), LinkedIn-only (handle, no email), etc.

Side panel

Click a contact name:
  • Summary — AI brief
  • Account context — parent account
  • Activity timeline — campaign steps, inbox replies, agent actions
  • Fields — sourced, editable inline

Bulk actions

Select rows → Add to list, Enrich, or Delete.

Accounts (parent records) · Lists (source) · Signals (intent-driven contacts) · Campaigns (outbound targets) · Inbox (reply trail) · New Task (agent reads all of it)

Tips

Add “recent LinkedIn activity” as a column before launching a campaign — gives every outreach a personal hook.
Filter to Has email + Has account before pushing to a campaign — those are reliably reachable.
When a Signal Agent surfaces a contact, read the timeline first. The triggering signal is great opener material.
